ESPN "Suck for Luck" Thoughts
Here is a piece of an article on ESPN.com talking about the second half of the NFL season by John Clayton. It is a very good read but we are only interested in all things Andrew Luck here; head over to ESPN.com for the rest of the article. It is amazing how the "Suck for Luck" campaign gains more momentum each week as we get closer to April. Also, it helps that the Dolphins and Colts are blowing leads, getting embarrassed, and are feeling major effects of the injury bug. Here you go..
Andrew Luck Watch: The only two remaining winless teams are the 0-7 Miami Dolphins and 0-8 Indianapolis Colts. We'll know in the next two weeks which of the two teams has the best chance to be in position to draft Andrew Luck with the first pick. On Sunday, the Dolphins visit the Chiefs, which might be a tough game to win, but they have a winnable home game Nov. 13 against the Redskins. The Colts don't figure to win this week against the Falcons, but they have a decent chance to win Nov. 13 in a home game against a Jaguars team that has rookie Blaine Gabbert at quarterback and is averaging only 12.3 points a game.

Eagles Eliminated, Rams Upset Saints
The Eagles have eliminated themselves from “Suck for Luck” consideration with a Sunday night victory. Philadelphia rolled the Cowboys 34-7 in front of a national audience this week. LeSean McCoy ran for 185 yards on 30 carries and added a pair of touchdowns to never give Dallas a chance to gain any momentum. The Eagles were the only Luck casualty this weekend, a very slow week considering 6 teams have lost all hope to draft Andrew Luck in April. The Rams and Vikings hurt their Luck odds this weekend using win victories to build momentum. Christian Ponder lead the Vikings to ta 24-21 win against the 2 win Panthers in Carolina. Adrian Peterson and Percy Harvin both rushed for a touchdown in their victory. The weekend’s biggest surprise came in Saint Louis, where the Rams and A.J. Feeley, picture below (AP Photo/Jeff Roberson) beat the Saints 31-21. Steven Jackson rushed for 2 touchdowns and the Rams put up 17 points in the second quarter and never looked back. Drew Brees added a touchdown late to make this score look a lot closer then the game really was. The Rams have played the heart of their schedule and now move into some easier games where they could fall from "Suck for Luck" consideration.

Week 7 "Suck For Luck" Power Rankings
When you the dust settled on Sunday afternoon it appeared the Miami Dolphins had leapfrogged the Indianapolis Colts in our standings. However, the Colts traveled to New Orleans on Sunday Night and took a 62-7 beat down at the hand of the Saints to put their stranglehold on the title as the worst team in the NFL. Don’t expect the Dolphins or the Colts to win a game anytime soon, the only beatable teams the Dolphins play are the Redskins at home and at Arrow Head Stadium against the Chiefs. Meanwhile, the Colts still face the Jaguars twice, which after Monday Night, that doesn’t look so winnable. As teams like Denver and Jacksonville move further away from Luck, the Colts and Dolphins do everything they can to stay close. Here are your Week 7 “Suck For Luck” Power Rankings.
